Penca Larga is not classified as belonging to any agave
family, as this species is very rare and scarce. „Penca
Larga“ means „long leaf“ - referring to this unique
sub-varietal that grows with longer „pencas“. A rare
expression that showcases the diversity within agave
varieties with intense and bold expression.
