estro Francisco García León. Francisco highlights the

agave’s bold, expressive character - capturing a mez-

cal that is vibrant, mineral-driven, and unmistaka-

bly shaped by both the plant and the region’s unique

terroir.

 

Character: An approachable and sophisticated expres-

sion of cultivated Mexicano, showcasing the typical

smoothness and complexity. Herbaceous, green, and

tropical aromatics, with a palate balanced by vanilla

and caramelized sweetness, and tangy fruit acidity,

woven with signature green and resinous notes. Sali-

nity and earthy minerality with persistent smoke. The

capón technique intensifies the sweet and aromatic

expression. An elegant, full-textured mezcal with the

distinctive sweet-savory-tart interplay characteristic

of Rhodacantha Agave, offering remarkable appro-

achability alongside depth of flavor.
