rare Madrecuishe grows horizontally along the ground

rather than vertically. The exposure to weather, hu-

midity, sun, and heat for a year creates unique stress

conditions that produce extraordinary complexity.

Considered by some experts as „the prince of mezcals.

 

Character: full-bodied. Intensified version of classic

Madrecuishe with even more pronounced mineral

character, enhanced vegetal and moldy - Wet soil

notes, and remarkable complexity from the unique

aging treatment of the agave pinas.
