Cuishe is a wild agave that thrives in elevated areas,
taking 9-12 years to mature. The tall, cylindrical stalk
with slim leaves produces an intensely flavored mez-
cal.
Character: The classic, yet bold and intense, Karwins-
kii character with mineral-vegetal and earthy flavors
complemented by sweet and baking spice notes. Silky
smooth, rich and complex, light heat, mature body,
long and persistent, reflecting the peculiar long agave
maturation used for this mezcal.
